Florida students with special needs enjoy yoga's benefits

A Florida physical-education teacher has added yoga to the curriculum for students with disabilities. The yoga program at was created after Lauren Embury received a $300 teaching grant to buy needed equipment. Embury says yoga helps build the students' strength and flexibility, and it relaxes the students, who range in age from 11 to 21 and have varying disabilities.
