Gifted Texas students help educate school about census

A Texas school district is teaching students about the importance of the U.S. census by incorporating the survey into lessons on history, reading and government. Some students in the gifted program are creating public service video announcements to be shown in classrooms as part of the district's effort to get their families to participate in the census.
