For one day, middle-schoolers take charge

A North Carolina middle school allowed students to be the administrators, teachers and support staff for a day in an effort to prepare them for their first summer jobs. Thirty-seven eighth-graders were chosen out of dozens of students -- who had to fill out applications, submit resumes and interview -- to act as faculty members for Randolph Middle School.
