Starbucks CEO: Love is the answer

Howard Schultz says that it was love -- for the company, for the workers, for coffee itself -- that led him to reclaim the CEO spot at Starbucks in 2008. Since then he's dedicated himself to inspiring a similar passion in his workers, bringing tens of thousands of managers together for conferences intended to rekindle their sense of pride and self-belief. So far, Schultz says, the love-ins have been a huge success, helping Starbucks regain its momentum and improving customer-service and quality across the board.
