Analyst: Amazon poised to pull sales from Wal-Mart

Amazon's competitive pricing, lower shipping fees and wide assortment of retail offerings combine to give the online retailer an advantage over the websites of brick-and-mortar chains including Wal-Mart and Target, says a new analysts' report from William Blair & Co. The analysts upgraded Amazon's stock to "outperform" this week.
