$448M Calif. arena redevelopment deal moves ahead

The city of Sacramento, Calif., has reached an agreement with investors for a $447.7 million redevelopment deal. The public-private project would build a new arena in the Downtown Plaza area and "up to 1.5 million square feet of offices, housing, stores and a high-rise hotel."
