Irish firm develops software for English lessons in China

China's Central Institute for Vocational and Technical Education has entered into a deal with an Ireland-based firm to develop a portal and content that could reach as many as 30 million students. The LearnOnEnglish program, developed by Dublin-based e-learning portal Onwards Learning, will feature various tools, applications and other resources to help users improve their English-language skills.
