Obama reaches out to working women

President Barack Obama reached out to women at a recent forum, and he is supporting measures aimed at eliminating discrimination and making it easier to balance personal and professional responsibilities. In recent years, various studies have shown that more women are acting as breadwinners even as they continue to handle more household responsibilities than their male counterparts. At the same time, women are gaining an upper hand in terms of education, and they have had more success finding jobs in recent years.
