San Francisco Students Relax With "Om Schooling"

In some elementary schools, teachers are showing students the benefits of yoga for reducing stress and reaching fitness goals. As budget woes reportedly have forced schools to cut physical education classes, yoga is used to fill the gap. "It helps them concentrate, especially on rainy days where there's a lot of nervous energy," says one fourth-grade teacher.
