Argentina challenges Brazil goal to lead in biofuel exports

Brazil's desire to be the global center for biofuels may be in jeopardy because of neighboring Argentina's tax and trade incentives that encourage local biodiesel production. Brazilian makers of soy oil key to biodiesel say Argentina's cheaper production costs are attracting investment money and could cut Brazil out of biodiesel export markets.
