Icahn sues Motorola over access to records

With Motorola failing to deliver improved results, activist investor billionaire Carl Icahn sued the company Monday in Delaware Chancery Court. Icahn, who holds 6.4% of the company's shares, wants documents related to Motorola's struggling mobile-phone business and other corporate records. Icahn turned down a Motorola offer for two of its board seats.
