Sony BMG, Warner said to be in harmony with MySpace Music

News Corp unit MySpace reportedly is close to finalizing agreements with Sony BMG and Warner Music Group for a jointly run digital-music service. The deals call for the labels to share content for free with MySpace Music, and in return to receive a minority stake in the service and a piece of its anticipated ad revenues, according to this article.
