US Airways pilots consider changing unions

US Airways pilots last week began voting on whether to keep their current union or switch to a new one. The pilots have not reached an agreement on a single contract since the merger of US Airways and America West Airlines in 2005. Some observers say it is unclear whether selecting a new union will speed up the talks.
