Childhood soy consumption may protect against breast cancer

A study of Asian-American women who consumed high amounts of soy during childhood found a reduced incidence of breast cancer. The study indicates changes in diet might explain why breast cancer rates rise over the generations when Asian women migrate to the U.S.
