Study: Omega-3 fatty acids could ward off prostate cancer

The omega-3 fatty acids in fish might protect men against prostate cancer. According to a new study, even men genetically predisposed to develop the disease but who ate fish at least once a week showed a significantly lower risk of aggressive prostate cancer compared with men with low fatty-acid consumption.
