Travel industry insiders write marketing book

Tom and Joanie Ogg and Mitch Schlesinger, a cruise industry veteran, have written a book called "Marketing and Sales Prescriptions for Today's Economy and Beyond." In it, the authors offer agents advice on branding, online marketing and developing loyal clients. Additionally, the Oggs have updated two other books: "How to Start a Home-Based Travel Agency" and "Selling Cruises, Don't Miss the Boat!"
