AidData initiative tracks under-reported donors

The newly launched AidData bills itself as the biggest database to monitor the flow of funds by donors. Under this initiative from Project-Level Aid, the level of funding under scrutiny has risen to $4 trillion, from $2.3 trillion. AidData pays particular attention to some three dozen previously under-the-radar non-Development Assistance Committee donors, including Poland, Chile, Saudi Arabia, Latvia and Kuwait.
