The Federal Aviation Administration reauthorization bill includes a measure that would require airlines to disclose baggage fees, charges related to seat assignments, fuel surcharges and other costs associated with the price of a ticket. "Too often, trying to decipher your airfare is like a pilot trying to land a jumbo jet in a thunderstorm with no instruments -- technically possible, but difficult," said Sen. Robert Menendez, D-N.J.
