Pa. schools to have more access to digital content

Pennsylvania has established a digital learning library in an effort to help teachers find free, quality curriculum materials through a partnership with PBS and Penn State Public Broadcasting. The library's content will be aligned with state standards and include items such as video of a city's underground water infrastructure. Pennsylvania is the first state to develop such a library as part of a national educational-technology initiative.
