Some question need for new international schools in South Korea

South Korean officials say they plan to open an international school in Seoul next year and two more in 2012 -- adding to the 20 international schools already operating in the city. However, some are questioning the need to open more, saying the city is already overrun with such schools that offer classes in English and other languages.
