Supreme Court to consider anti-retaliation lawsuit

The Supreme Court will hear a case involving a Wisconsin factory worker who says he was unlawfully fired after complaining verbally to management about the location of time clocks. The employer, Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, contends that only written complaints are protected under the anti-retaliation provision of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
