Canada pushes Atlantic Gateway potential with $2.5M marketing plan

Class I rail is just one part of the Atlantic Gateway and Trade Corridor Strategy announced by the Canadian government. The government said it will spend $2.5 million to market the project, which includes investments in Class I railroads, ports, roads and other infrastructure. The intermodal corridor aims to facilitate trade between North America and Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia via the Suez Canal.
