Patients don't want to communicate with doctors via social media

A Capstrat-Public Policy Polling survey found that although 85% of responding patients said they wouldn't use social media to talk to their doctors, many said they are open to using the Internet to access their health data, pay bills or schedule appointments. The survey also found 21% of those ages 18 to 29 would use an online forum such as Facebook or Twitter to communicate with their doctor.
