Japan's fashion retailers find urban opportunities

Fashion chains in Japan that used to focus largely on the suburbs and sell less-pricey versions of the looks found in upscale city shops are now taking their stores directly to the urban areas. Chains including Uniqlo, Shimamura, Gap and H&M have all been planning more big-city stores.
