Dim-sum bond market sees an earlier 2013 revival

With about US$3.35 billion of dim-sum bonds issued so far this year, the market is picking up smartly from a fairly quiet 2012. Last year's activity was tamped down by disappointment over a declining yuan, which eased 1% against the U.S. dollar in the first half, but recently the outlook for both the Chinese economy and currency has improved.
