Chicago teachers to post online report cards for their bosses

Over the objections of the Chicago principals union, the Chicago teachers union plans to publicly post its members' evaluations of their bosses' performance on the Internet in mid-April. The survey, still under way, allows the union's 33,000 teachers and aides to rate their principals anonymously in various areas and assign an overall grade from A to F.
