Pork rinds shining as real Atkins winner

The low-carb diet trend has helped push sales of pork rinds -- deep-fried belly skin -- up more than 27% over last year, according to recent data. Frito-Lay leads the market with its Baken-ets, but specialty makers such as Gram's Gourmet also are seeing rising sales.
