Cessna: No plans to give up on SkyCatcher

Cessna Aircraft says it will continue to pursue the development of its Model 162 SkyCatcher light sport aircraft program despite the loss of two aircraft during in-flight testing. The aircraft is fitted with two seats and powered by a 100-horsepower Continental 0-200 engine, and Cessna Chairman and CEO Jack Pelton said the need for the cost-effective trainer aircraft has never been greater.
