Are attitude tests a waste of time?

While tests can be beneficial to determine skill level, using them to measure motivation or attitude isn't that beneficial because most people will choose to answer the questions "in the most flattering way possible -- even if they aren't true answers," Jessica Lee writes. It's better to have hiring managers ask candidates probing follow-up questions, then "sit back and listen."
