L'Oreal considers changes to media roster

Interpublic's Universal McCann and Publicis' Zenith Optimedia, which handle media buying for L'Oreal, are undergoing an evaluation by the cosmetics company. The company reportedly spent $710 million on U.S. advertising in 2009, per Nielsen.
