Milk board changes tack with "Mootopia" campaign

After years of running humorous ads highlighting the problem of running out of milk, the California Milk Processor Board is moving in a new direction with its "Mootopia" campaign. Ads and a Web site highlight problems of a fictional land where milk flows in rivers, such as hair that is too shiny and dentists with nothing to do.
