In survey, 35% say they'd pay more for green products

A Mintel survey finds continued interest in environmentally friendly products, with 35% of shoppers saying they would pay more for them. A Mintel analyst said most green products are in the food and beverage or personal-care categories, but "nearly every segment of consumer products" now offers eco-friendly items.
