Survey: All U.K. leaders admit to data-attack incidents

There is a sea change taking place on how U.K.-based top executives view data security, primarily as 77% report having experienced a data breach and 100% said they dealt with attacks in the past year, according to a report from IBM and the Ponemon Institute. Company leaders are starting to realize data protection can be less expensive than the costs of a security incident, says Larry Ponemon, the Institute's founder.
