American Eagle reportedly could end service to Puerto Rico

American Airlines plans to end service to Puerto Rico in 2013, according to El Vocero, a Puerto Rican newspaper. American Eagle employs around 150 employees on the island. However, American Airlines spokeswoman Dori Alvarez said the carrier has not announced any changes to its service in San Juan.
