Diageo chief starts planning his endgame

Diageo CEO Paul Walsh says he'll stay in the corner office until mid-2014, but he's already thinking about how to handle succession issues. Diageo Chief Operating Officer Ivan Menezes is the favorite to take over, but the CEO says nothing is set in stone. "Every CEO should take the issue of succession planning very, very seriously," Walsh says. "My job is to give the board options."
