Renovated Atlanta building scores 95/110, attains LEED Platinum

A renovated Atlanta building achieved 95 out of 110 LEED points, the highest score given for a project in the Northern Hemisphere. The 1315 Peachtree building features a trigeneration system consisting of gas microturbines on its roof for heating, cooling and electricity generation. Other green features include LED lighting, daylight and rainwater harvesting, and 58% less energy consumption, according to baseline figures.
