Is sarcasm squelching your innovation efforts?

There's no place in the innovator's toolkit for sarcasm, Diego Rodriguez writes. By cutting people down or making negative comments about their work you introduce an unnecessary layer of friction, making it that much more difficult to create wonderful things. "Innovating is already so hard -- so why add any additional things to get in your way, right?" Rodriguez writes.
