Infant who lacks facial bones inspires plastic surgeon

Plastic surgeon Craig Hobar is leading a team correcting an orphan's cleft palate and amniotic band syndrome. The child from China has no facial bones or eye on the right side of his face, and an amniotic band wrapped around his face caused further disfigurement. "It takes me to my highest levels of skills and creativity, so I'm very excited about it," Hobar said.
