Bipartisan bill would reauthorize children's emergency services program

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, and Rep. Jim Matheson, D-Utah, have introduced a bill that would continue giving children access to emergency medical services. The Emergency Medical Services for Children program "is there for children during times when they are especially vulnerable and most in need of medical equipment, care and services designed especially for them," AAP President James M. Perrin said.
