Cedar Realty buys Philadelphia's Quartermaster Plaza for $92.3M

Cedar Realty Trust has acquired Quartermaster Plaza in Philadelphia for $92.3 million. The transaction includes the assumption of $53.4 million of debt on the 10-year old, 456,000-square-foot shopping center, which is anchored by a BJ's Wholesale Club. Including Quartermaster Plaza, Cedar will have five retail centers in Philadelphia.
