Premature births decline in Calif.

The rate of premature births in California has declined by 12%, and the state is one of only six to date that have reached a March of Dimes target of achieving a prematurity rate of 9.6% or less by 2020. Alaska, Maine, New Hampshire, Oregon and Vermont are the other states to hit the goal.
