Germany's SGL Group seeks to delist from NYSE

A German maker of carbon fiber and graphite, SGL Group, is seeking to be delisted from the NYSE. SGL is the first German company that wants to be delisted; the German Institute of Public Companies indicated that other companies may reconsider their positions in the wake of the strict auditing requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
