Poll: Many concerned about health record privacy

A new poll by Harris Interactive indicates that as many as half of consumers feel they have no control over how their medical records are used by organizations such as employers and life insurance companies, and 17% said they withheld information from health care providers due to concerns about the information being disclosed. The poll also found 21% of respondents described their health as fair to poor.
