Lawmakers say they will push for passengers rights law

Some lawmakers, including Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., and Rep. Jerry Costello, D-Ill., say a recent decision by a federal appeals court reinforces the need to pass a passengers rights law at the federal level. The court earlier this week ruled that federal regulatory power supersedes New York's passenger rights legislation, reversing a lower court decision.
