CDC: American salt consumption dangerously high

Americans are at greater risk for high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes because they consume twice the recommended amount of salt, according to CDC researchers. The study found that almost 70% of adults are in high-risk groups that would benefit from reduced salt intake.
