LaHood: Air navigation system is FAA's priority

Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood said the Federal Aviation Administration's top priority will be modernizing the nation's air traffic control system. LaHood said he expects the next FAA administrator will be instrumental in getting the multibillion-dollar project off the ground. "It will happen under the watch of this president, this DOT secretary and the FAA administrator," LaHood said.
