Spain fine with more spending but wants green stimulus

Spain is ready to implement more stimulus spending to drag its economy out of recession, but any additional efforts will be focused on biotechnology and renewable energy, Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said. The country has room to maneuver because its total national debt is 38% to 39% of GDP, lower than most EU economies, he said.
