Group-buying is estimated to be a $4 billion market, but you don't need to go through a service such as Groupon to get a piece of the action, Sanjay Dholakia writes. Facebook plug-ins and third-party technologies allow you to create your own offers, but they'll work best when you engage your customers in choosing the offers they value most.
