Walnuts are the best nut choice for antioxidants, study says

Walnuts contain higher quantities, quality and potency of antioxidants than peanuts, almonds, pecans, pistachios and other commonly eaten nuts, researchers reported at the annual meeting of the American Chemical Society. Walnuts are most nutritious when eaten raw or unroasted, according to the researchers.
