Brooklyn, N.Y., high school fines students for Facebook use

A high school in Brooklyn, N.Y., has asked students to delete their Facebook accounts, or be fined $100, because use of the social-networking website goes against the school's moral code. The American Civil Liberties Union says the policy violates students' first amendment rights, a claim the school denies.
